you shouldnt weigh that often. your weight is constantly fluctuating. you also couldve weighed before you peed/after you drank water, your ovulating/bloated, or yes water weight.
and the less you drink water, the more water you will retain which makes you bloated. drink as much water as possible to avoid water weight.
today was horrible. good god i really dont know how much more of this i can handle.
phone got soaked in my purse because my camel bak wasnt screwed on tight and now its fried, i have a shit ton of homework so i called my boss saying i couldnt work and she hung up on me, my school picture looks atrocious as if i dont think poorly of myself already, and i had another panic attack at school and i went in the bathroom at school and just cried.

you’re either not doing them enough in one session or doing a ton at once then not enough for the rest of the week.
try pilates, lunges, donkey kicks etc.
if you’re going to be working out a lot then i wouldnt suggest cutting out all carbs because its a source of energy.
if you’re not, i dont see why not. just remember to eat the right amount of calories and to ease back in to eating carbs or you’ll upset your stomach.

its muscle. when i started working out an excessive amount i gained weight at first then lost it and then some. keep going. you only fail when you stop trying. thank yaa! :)
