I have a love-hate relationship with my breasts. I love the fact that I have them, but because of their size (DD) finding tops that flatter my upper body and my boobs is a never ending battle. Exercising, especially running is a pain in the back. I have to wear two bras: a regular bra and a compression bra just to keep them down. Even then, it doesn't really help. I also have to do chest exercises to keep the muscles from ever tearing (leads to sagging). So big boobs isn't always the greatest.
yeah its a pain in the booty but forever lacking feminine assets is even a bigger pain to my self esteem lol.
it's not even about you getting back on track! You are inspirational even when it's hard for you! He have no right to say this. You are our inspiration, when you struggle, just like when you're happy. I love you beautiful soul.
to the anon that said you are a disappointment... REALLY? how bout instead of saying that, maybe its time for you to be inspirational in return.... chin up gymorexic, you are human, shit happens, just get back on track :) you got this
So I gained one pound overnight and I am really confused. I worked out and only ate toast with peanut butter, salad (all vegetables with only a little honey mustard dressing), a banana, a chicken and rice teriyaki bowel and a couple bites of my boyfriend's ice cream. Do you think it could be water weight? I didn't drink as much as normal.
you shouldnt weigh that often. your weight is constantly fluctuating. you also couldve weighed before you peed/after you drank water, your ovulating/bloated, or yes water weight.
and the less you drink water, the more water you will retain which makes you bloated. drink as much water as possible to avoid water weight.
today was horrible. good god i really dont know how much more of this i can handle.
phone got soaked in my purse because my camel bak wasnt screwed on tight and now its fried, i have a shit ton of homework so i called my boss saying i couldnt work and she hung up on me, my school picture looks atrocious as if i dont think poorly of myself already, and i had another panic attack at school and i went in the bathroom at school and just cried.
dear coffee hater, coffee has been known to reduce risk of: prostate cancer, alzheimer's disease, stroke, gallstones, committing suicide, type 2 diabetes, and other things when consumed in moderation. sounds like something a fit person might want to work into their diet, if they so please, to me. having coffee before a work out can also help boost energy to work your hardest and helps burn a few extra calories than without.
Hi! So I was wondering if you think it would be a bad idea for me to do a cleanse. I'm 14,5'9" and weigh 125 lbs. like a 3 day thing. I would cut out carbs (bread, pasta, etc.) added sugars, butter, and dairy. Basically eating like perfectly clean for three days. Lots of fruits, veggies, nuts and water. Does that sound like a good idea?
if you’re going to be working out a lot then i wouldnt suggest cutting out all carbs because its a source of energy.
if you’re not, i dont see why not. just remember to eat the right amount of calories and to ease back in to eating carbs or you’ll upset your stomach.
Hey! I was stalking you this summer like crazy lol and I started to run, exercise, eat healthy, drink more water, no junk food etc. But I gained almost 7lbs. And then I gave up. Just, what's the point to do that if I'm gaining weight? What I was doing wrong? (I'm girl, 15 btw) I luv luv ur blog so much and u r an amazing person inside and outside! (and I'm jelly of ur look lol) Good luck to u!! xx
